FIELD: hydroelectric power engineering; conversion of sea wave energy into electricity. SUBSTANCE: plant housing is placed above wave level for displacement over guides and the latter are mounted vertically on planes driven into sea bottom; shock mounts, such as rubber spacers, are fitted between piles and housing; corrugated shell made, for example, of rubber-impregnated or synthetic cloth and closed at sides and bottom is connected to bottom open part of housing; shell stretches by gravity to form bellows and its bottom comes in contact with water reservoir surface.
