Uniformity of heated mix is achieved during processes of mixing and heating in auger-type device. Device has receiving hopper, body with auger, and electrodes installed on inner surface of body. Auger is at least single-thread and is made of pins which are electrically insulated from electrodes arranged on auger shaft in spiral line. Clearance is provided between auger pins and surface of electrodes which is equal to maximum diameter of largest piece of aggregate. Electrical insulation of pins in zone of contact with electrodes can be made of elastic material. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 2 dwg
