FIELD: SHF equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to construct complex miniature paths and devices. Waveguide-complanar junction includes sections of rectangular and U-shaped waveguides and smooth transition from one to other in the form of wedge-shaped comb electrically connected to current-carrying conductor of complanar line, section of complanar line placed on dielectric substrate which grounding conductor is electrically connected to metal case of waveguide. Section of microstrip line and its smooth transition to complanar line are inserted between complanar line and U-shaped waveguide with flange. Dielectric substrate has several layers, not less than two, upper and lower. Effective dielectric permittivity of lower layers is 3-5-fold less than effective dielectric permittivity of upper layer.
