FIELD: high rated load capacity tower cranes, trawl drums, mine hoisting machines. SUBSTANCE: in proposed electric drive of hoisting mechanism additional inputs 6 of pulse-phase control are connected to controlling electrodes of thyristors of additional three-phase bridges which outputs are linked to finishes of windings of second asynchronous motor. Electric drive is inserted with adder-former 11, phase motor 12, elements 34, 13, two-channel commutators 14, 15, time relays 16, 17 ensuring decrease of impact moments under transient conditions which improves energy and dynamic indices of electric drive with switching motors over to frequency of supply network.
