FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, drilling of low-flowable, increased moisture content seeds. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hopper 1 with tedder 2 provided with seeding slot 3 disposed in lower part. Vertical drum 4 is connected to lower end of hopper 1 and has shaft 5 carrying seeding roll 6 defined by flexible needles 7 fixed tangentially to hub of roll 6. Needles are arranged in rows defining helical surfaces. Vertical plank 8 engageable with flexible needles 7 is mounted within drum 4 and fixed to it. Seed feeding hole made in side wall of drum 4 is communicated with seed guide and compressed air pipeline 11 defining seed feeding pipeline. Vertical plank 8 is positioned below front edge of seeding slot 3 to provide for deformation of flexible needles 7 during rotation of roll 6. Needles 7 come down from edge of plank 8 and return their initial form to destroy bound mass through its height.
