FILTER FOR SHAFT BOILER PLANTS SMOKE GASSES PURIFICATION Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: thermal power engineering, building materials industry, mining, metallurgy and other branches of national economy. SUBSTANCE: filter for purification of smoke gasses of shaft boiler plants has group of mounted on bunker cyclones for trapped dry dust collection, each of which has scrubber mounted over exhaust pipe of cyclone using slime collector equipped with apparatus for fed into scrubber gas stream swirling, that is made in the form of "socket" (axial blades swirlier). Filter provides effective purification of smoke gasses from dust and sulfur oxides, keeps main part of trapped dust dry, that allows to use it as building material, sharply decreases volume of formed during wet purification chemically aggressive liquid floating slime, allows to decrease labour consumption and operational costs as compared with separate usage of cyclones and scrubbers, that are linked to each other by intermediate gas passages and requiring for their location additional areas.
