FIELD: oil industry; collecting, preparation and storage of oil products. SUBSTANCE: reservoir has cylindrical housing and device for filling and emptying the reservoir installed in bottom portion of reservoir. Device has oil product inlet and outlet pipeline and unit directing the flow which has divider, deflector and flow guide. Cylinder with bottom is installed on deflector to increase operation reliability of reservoir, cut down oil losses and metal usage. Cylinder space communicates with space of flow directing unit. End of pipeline extends inside flow directing unit being located not lower than deflector plane. EFFECT: improved reliability preservation of light fractions in fuel oil, prevention of contamination of atmosphere by gaseous hydrocarbons. 2 dwg
