FIELD: pulse electric motors. SUBSTANCE: device has two armatures 4, 5 which are mounted in housing for rotation and have permanent magnets 6 which are made from material which resists demagnetization under maximal magnetic flow from winding 2. Permanent magnets 6 are located in pairs on corresponding armatures 4 and 5 inside cylindrical winding 2. Armatures are coaxial and are spaced from each other. Poles 7 of magnets alters in direction of this axis as well as around each armature 4, 5. Outer axial ends of any pair of magnets on any armature projects out of outer axial ends of corresponding pair of magnets on another armature. In addition magnetic-circuit pole pieces 7 are located on magnet poles which are located in opposite to space between armatures. Said pole pieces have teeth which are uniformly arranged around circumference. Their pole pitch is less than size of projection of ends of magnets. Teeth which correspond to same poles 7 of magnets 6 are located in opposite to toothed cylindrical surface of magnetic-circuit rotation member 8 which embraces coil 2. Teeth that correspond to opposite poles 7 of magnets 6 are located in opposite to toothed cylindrical surface of magnetic-circuit sleeves 9 which are rigidly attached to housing 1 and shape concentric spaces with rotation member 8. Both toothed cylindrical surface of magnetic-circuit rotation member 8 and toothed cylindrical surface of magnetic-circuit sleeves 9 have same pole pitch as teeth of pole pieces.
