FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has fastening unit provided with rods controlling ulnar bending and hand grasping, tie rods connected to them, humeral sleeve, forearm, hand with passive grasp member, passive arm and hand rotation units, unit for stepwise fixing ulnar bend and controlling forearm length, grasp spring force and hand mass adjustment units. Forearm length adjustment is carried out by telescopic protruding internal tube from the external one attached to forearm lever and fixing it with spring-loaded rod relative to the external tube. Grasp spring force is carried out by moving bushing with spring end attached to it into another position inside of the internal tube and fixing it by means of spring-loaded bushing. Another version of the device involves using torsion spring in the hand grasp mechanism which adjustment is carried out by its twisting (releasing) due to pulley axle rotation and fixing its square head in the corresponding recess in casing body. Hand mass adjustment is carried out by changing the number of loads mounted on lever detachable from the hand. Passive hand rotation unit is designed as split yoke embracing the internal tube of forearm and breakable with a screw. The prosthesis enables loading to step-by step increase and train the skill in arm prosthesis control. EFFECT: improved functional results. 5 cl, 17 dwg
