FIELD: refrigerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: refrigerator includes unit of thermoelectric batteries connected with power supply unit; cold junctions of thermoelectric batteries are connected with heat-insulated chamber and with heat-exchanger intensifying device; hot junctions are connected with heat-exchange intensifying device. Innovation of invention consists in construction of unit of thermoelectric batteries which consists of several groups of sections of thermoelectric batteries whose hot and cold junctions are provided with heat-exchanger devices connected in series; heat exchange devices have passages for circulating the mixture of liquids through two related circulating loops, thus providing for additional generation of cold in mixer located in cooled chamber, mixing of two flows of liquids followed by separation of mixture through partial evaporation by heat from hot junctions besides that, mixture consists of components absorbing the heat at mixing, for example of liquid propane and liquid acetone.
