The bottom pivoting joint is provided with two supporting bearings made up as axial sliding bearings 16 and 17 mounted on vertical pin 10 that connects yokes 6 and 8 of the semi-frames. Bearing 16 is set between pressing bushing 18 and cover 11 of the roller bearing. Bearing 17 is interposed between the bottom yoke 6 and cover 12. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 cl, 4 dwg
