SUBSTANCE: working tool has side hoe with tine and ripping member mounted on horizontal shaft positioned on tine and provided with cutting edge. Ripping member has rocking flat knife with cutting edge, extending along broken lines through chords of Archimedes' spiral, and blades fixed on outer face of ripping member and having variable sharpening angles reducing in the direction away from horizontal axis of oscillation. Flat knife has drive and is positioned on outer side face of side hoe. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 7 cl, 4 dwg
