FIELD: agriculture; plant growing in protected soil structures. SUBSTANCE: device has heat accumulating elements 1 incorporating enclosure 2 and heat accumulator 3. The heat accumulating elements are spatially positioned between soil beds 4 with rows of plants 5. The filler placed in the enclosure is made of material, the solid-to-liquid transition temperature of which varies within the range of 15 C to 25 C. Heat accumulating elements are preferably provided with heaters 6 positioned inside enclosures 2 on their sides to ensure contact with soil. Enclosures 2 of heat accumulating elements 1 may be made in the form of prisms with cross-section shaped as obtuse-angled isosceles triangle. Heaters 6 are most preferable to be positioned at the vertex of the obtuse angle of the prism section and/or on the prism sides. Triethanolamine is preferable to be used as filler 3 of enclosures 2. EFFECT: reduced power consumption for keeping plants and soil in hothouse warm and provision of most favorable temperature conditions for plant growing. 4 cl, 1 dwg
