FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: composition has highly toxic anticholine esterase substance aminostigmine in amount 0.3-0.5% and its physiological antagonist atropine in amount 0.03-0.05% taken at ratio = 10:1. Atropine does not change the toxicity of aminostigmine with respect to mice and rats and enhances cat tolerance by 5-6-fold. In the case of random poisoning both substances neutralize toxic effect of one another in cats, dogs and human. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of agent. 2 tbl
