FIELD: instruments for resistors, capacitors, inductance coils which are contained in printed circuits and radio engineering units. SUBSTANCE: device has N actuating units 1, N+K measuring units 2, N terminal groups with three terminals and K terminal groups with two terminals for connection to measured electric circuit, where N = 1, 2, .., K = 0, 1, 2, ... In addition device has adapter 3, interface 4 and microcomputer 5. Each actuating unit has test effect source 7, operational amplifier 8, first and second gates 9, 10. Each measuring unit has first, second, third and fourth gates 11, 12, 13, 14, first and second operational amplifiers 15, 16, first and second reference elements 17, 18, first and second measuring circuits 19, 20. Control input of test effect source 7 and control terminals of first and second gates 9 and 10 serve as first, second and third inputs of actuating unit 2, which output is second terminal of second gate 10. Control terminals of first, second, third and fourth gates 11, 12, 13, 14 and joined control inputs of first and second measuring circuits 19, 20 serve as third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh inputs of measuring unit, which first and second inputs are first terminal of second gate 12 and joined first terminals of third and fourth gates 13, 14. Outputs of first and second measuring circuits 19, 20 are first and second outputs of measuring unit. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 3 dwg
