FIELD: radars. SUBSTANCE: method involves generation of specific three apertures for different emission frequencies of probing pulses and subsequent processing of reflected signals so that signals from landscape background and stationary targets are compensated. This results in possibility to select and measure radial constituents of speed of earth targets. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities.
