SUBSTANCE: apparatus contains direct current amplifier with differential inverting and noninverting inputs, filters, input resistors, tap switch with contact blocks, input sockets, resistor and zero adjustment potentiometer; first to forth resistors, respectively; first and second condensers; first ballast resistor and ballast potentiometer; second and third ballast resistors; control switch, polarity switch, recording device, cut-out switch; positive, common, and negative buses of power-supply source; and measuring electrodes.
