FIELD: medical technics. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns safe intravenous injections of various drugs in various volumes. Plunger and rod of syringe are provided with through passage with diameter corresponding to diameter of opening of needle cannula. End of rod is matched to needle cannula and is closed with a stopper in the form of flat button. Such structure of syringe does not require separation of syringe and cannula in the event injection of various drugs or a large doze of drug is needed. Structure also prevents piercing of container wall; complications caused by removing needle out of container accompanied with rough movement at separation; thromboembolism caused by pressure drop.
