FIELD: machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes inner hollow cylinder with openings in its lower part and outer hollow perforated tube embracing said cylinder along its periphery. End of said cylinder is rigidly mounted onto support. Said tube is mounted on bearing system in the form of supports, rolling bearings and tube rotation drive unit. Said bearing system includes sealing rings arranged in axial direction and mounted between tube ends and said supports. Rolling bearings have outer race secured to casing embracing said support, turned to rotating outer tube and rigidly mounted on said inner cylinder and inner race mounted on supporting ring. Said supporting ring is joined along its periphery with outer tube and adjoins to inner wall of casing as sealing member.
