FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: gear for cutting of opposite ends of sheets of plywood of irregular shape has cutting tool which cuts end of irregular shape of sheet of plywood to obtain butt surface going with inclination from upper to lower edge which is located somewhat fore of upper edge. Gear also includes feeder of adhesive compound with outlets for supply of adhesive compound. Cutlets are arranged directly above and close to inclined front butt surface of next sheet of plywood on first supporting member. When second supporting member turns to bring inclined rear butt surface of preceding sheet of plywood put on it in contact with inclined front butt surface of next sheet of plywood inclined rear butt surface of preceding sheet of plywood collects adhesive compound coming from outlets of feeder directly ahead of contact with inclined front butt surface of next sheet of plywood.
