FIELD: tyre industry; machines for building cross-ply and radial-ply tyres. SUBSTANCE: machines has carcass assembling device with building drum and bead ring template, device for assembling breaker-tread bands and forming the carcasses with building drums mounted coaxially on bed frame. Machine has tyre components storage and feeding device providing feeding of tyre components to building drum, tread blank accumulator, device to feed tread blanks to building drum and device to feed tread blanks from accumulator to storage and feeding device mounted between carcass assembling device and device for assembling breaker tread bands and forming the carcasses square to their longitudinal axes and also means providing transportation of parts and carcasses of radial-ply tyres within the limits of building machine. Storage and feeding device and device to deliver tread blanks to building drum are mounted on common movable bed frame. Device to feed tread blanks from accumulator to device feeding them to building drum is made in form of tread blank transporting member moved along guide placed above components storage and feeding device. Means to transport carcasses of radial-ply tyres is made in form of closed chain conveyor hangers. Device for assembling breaker tread bands forming the carcasses is mounted on common base. Tread blank storage accumulator can be easily replaced by new one, when necessary. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities and improved reliability of tyre building. 4 cl, 3 dwg
