FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: device has container 1 with piston 3 which divides it into above-piston space 4 and working space 5 filled with plugging mixture, packer with resilient sealing member 24, signalizer about end of working stroke of piston 3 and jet pulsator with body 8 having return bores 9 and nozzle space 23, upper adapter 10 with delivery passage 11, lower adapter 12, feeding nozzle 13 with holder 17, receiving nozzle 14, deflector with holes 16 connected with upper adapter 10 for their possible mutual rotation, and gate 29 spring-loaded relative to body, gate being connected with piston 3 through rod 30 and flexible link 31 wound on reel 32. Flexible link 31 is connected with piston 3 through pulley 33 having groove for loop 37 of flexible part of link 31 and is provided with detent 38 in the form of splittable joint. Axle of pulley 33 is located perpendicularly to axis of piston 3, and radius of groove of pulley 33 as counted from its axis is larger than or equal to value of minimal radius of bending of flexible link 31. At value below it, residual bending deformation of it occurs. After container is filled, device is lowered into well down to plugging zone and is rested on bottom face with closing of well by sealing components 24, then rotation and mud pump are actuated. With deflector 15 rotating, liquid stream formed by nozzle 13 periodically passes through holes 16 of deflector and enters nozzle 14, thus forming pulsing pressure in it and in above-piston space 4 which through piston 3 acts on plugging mixture which after lowering of plug 2 flows down through outlet holes 7 into well. During displacement of piston 3, flexible link 31 unwinds from reel 32. At end of working stroke, piston 3 enters pipe union 45. Pulley 33 lowers below lower end of container 1, and flexible link unwinds fully from reel 32 and is pulled by piston 3 through pulley 33 to move down lock 39 thus connecting passage 11 with space 23. Pressure in passage 11 and column drops which serves as signal that plugging procedure is over. EFFECT: high efficiency. 3 cl, 4 dwg tor
