Concave piece of third mirror is directed towards object and is located behind first one. Flat mirrors (named as second and fourth) are joined and are located on flat bevel of central area of convex surface of negative meniscus of aberration compensator. Another claim of invention describes device design in which mirrors are located on concave and convex surfaces of positive meniscus and second and fourth mirrors are located on surface of flat-parallel plate which is directed towards object.
