Phases of three-phase windings of inductors are provided by fours of serial-opposing connection coils 4 which are located on same-name poles 3 of inductors 1 in pairs. Phases of first three-phase winding are joined in delta-connection, phases of second one in star. Coils 4 of one phase of another three- phase winding are located between coils 4 of each phase of another three-phase winding. Another claim of invention describes device design in which inductor 1 has four poles. Windings are provided by fours of serial-opposing connection of coils 4 which are located on same poles 3 of inductors 1 in pairs.
