FINGER WHEEL RAKE Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering; hay-making machine. SUBSTANCE: rake has frame 1 on support wheels 2, flexible tie-rods, step working wheels 20 and hitch. Two telescopic links 11 are hinge connected to frame for turning in horizontal plane. Links are coupled with frame by means of flexible tie-rods and are interconnected by spring-loaded tie-rod 13 placed at angle relative to direction of movement. Axle is secured on each end of link at acute angle opening in direction of movement. Rocker 15 is installed on axle for rotation around link axis and for travel along and around its own axis in unlocked state. Working finger wheels are installed on ends of rocker square to its axis. Rake is used for tedding, raking and turning of swaths. Rake can be pulled by one horse or minitractor. EFFECT: possibility of operation on small size areas, reduced metal usage in manufacture. 2 cl, 5 dwg
