FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: total mass of power cylinder 9 and flange 6 linked with the cylinder by means of support hinge 8 is equilibrated relative to hinge 25 with the flange being temporally fixed coaxially to the cylinder. In the initial position rod 10 of power cylinder 9 is positioned horizontally and flange 6 rests against surface 7 of upright 2. When screw 3 moves up its shoulder 15 lifts power cylinder 9 and flange 6 via bushing 13 and hinge link 12. The upper edge of flange 6 is more and more braked on surface 7. Power cylinder starts rotating round the axis of hinge 8 in the clockwise direction. Head 23 interacts with shank 18. Flange 6 turns counterwise relative to the lower edge and excessive braking ceases. In the new position the axis of rod 10 takes horizontal position and flange 6 comes in contact with surface 7 due to equalibration of total mass of power cylinder 9 and the flange. Accuracy of the new position of rod 10 and flange 6 is corrected in the course of loading of the rod as a result of self-positioning of flange 6 on surface 10 due to its rotation in the vertical plane round the axle of hinge 8 and in the horizontal plane round the axis of screw 3. When screw 3 goes down, excessive braking of the lower edge of flange 6 is prevented in the same way as in case of its going up. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 4 cl, 1 dwg
