FIELD: measurement technology, remote proximate testing of quality of adhesion of resistance strain gauges on tensometering objects. SUBSTANCE: tested and standard resistance strain gauges form external half-bridge of device. Device is inserted with source of pulsating carrier, module and phase balance indicators and generator of constant test current which performs simultaneous pulse heating of both resistance strain gauges by instruction START of generator of starting pulse to obtain accurate information in explicit form whether deviation of quality of adhesion of tested resistance strain gauge lies within permissible bounds from quality of adhesion of standard resistance strain gauge. In case of poor quality of adhesion of tested resistance strain gauge its testing overheating to moment of termination of test pulse will be greater than testing overheating of standard resistance strain gauge. Test disbalance of measurement bridge caused by this is compared in comparator with permissible signal of disbalance of bridge which is assigned experimentally for various types of resistance strain gauges, adhesives and materials of tensometering objects. result of comparison is processed by logic unit and is displayed by electrooptical indicators as satisfactory or unsatisfactory quality of adhesion.
