Corresponding device has clock 13 with time scale generator, which has controlled channel for output of acoustic channel with output 16. Reading correction input 14 is connected to time-signal selector 18, which is included in external signal receiver 17 which has acoustic receiving-transmitting antenna 19 which is connected to input of external signal receiver 17 and output 16 through decoupling device which has commutator 20 and detector 21.
