SUBSTANCE: double-layer rotor winding with pole number p2 for three-phase generator section and p1 for multiphase squirrel-cage motor section is placed in slots Z2 and has 6p2 distributed coil groups numbered in generator phases 1+3i, 3+3i, 5+3i connected in ster, with phase terminal leads brought out to three slip rings; starting leads of odd-numbered groups of each phase are connected to phase terminal and those of even-numbered groups, to star neutral point; finishing leads of all groups of phase are interconnected; with pole numbers p2= 3, p1= 1 and slots Z2= 27, odd-numbered groups have two concentric coils at slot pitch Ys= 7 and 5 and turn number (1-x)Wc and (1+x)Wc; even numbered groups have one coil at slot pitch Ys= 6 and turn number Wc, where i ranges from 0 to (2p2-1) = 5; 2Wc is turn number per slot; x is chosen within the range of 0,50 ≅ x ≅ 0,65.
