FIELD: toy production. SUBSTANCE: toy has spherical base, casing positioned on base and weight attached to casing. Casing is mounted on base by means of at least four supporting balls, one of balls positioned in vertical axial line of toy and others arranged circumferentially of base below its center. Weight is made in the form of ring positioned outside base and attached to bottom part of casing. Center of gravity of spherical base is offset relative to rocking center due to presence of additional bell-shaped weight. Additional weight has main metal casing formed as truncated cone and additional metal casing mounted in main casing cavity through at least three coiled springs equally spaced one relative to the other and to vertical axial line of main casing of bell-shaped weight.
