FIELD: fasteners. SUBSTANCE: the differential summing mechanism of the device is made in the form of rocker 9 hinge-joined to base 3, balancer 10, rods 11,12 hinge-joined to pusher 2 and movable jaws 6 respectively. Rod 11 is spring-loaded in the longitudinal direction by compression ring 13 for preferable movement of movable jaws 6 relative to body 1. The mechanism is intended for summary displacement of movable jaws 6 and pusher 2 sufficient to bring the latter out of zone 14 of ejection of staples of yoke 5 at an approach of the respective ends of body 1 and base 3. At squeezing of body 1 and base 3 by a hand pusher 2 separates, pushes through and presses the staple to the plates to be fastened from yoke 5. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 4 dwg
