SUBSTANCE: capacity control shaft of pump is connected with tie-rid 19 of accelerator pedal through first cam mechanism 11 and 13, spring 16 and second cam mechanism 14 and 15. It occupies positions in which working medium press force in delivery space on shaft is balanced by force of spring acting on shaft whose value, in its turn, depends on position of accelerator pedal to maintain constant speed of engine shaft.
