FIELD: aircraft manufacture; manufacture of helicopter blades and structural members for light flying vehicles, as well as blades of wind-driven electric generators. SUBSTANCE: primary skeleton is made by stacking the plastic reinforced tubes. Each tube is moulded as follows: end of string is secured in end rings over circumference and tensile stress is applied to them in axial direction of strings, after which polymer matrix is sprayed on them and stress is removed upon completion of polymerization. Skin is also moulded by means of string. EFFECT: low cost of manufacture of blade without impairing technical characteristics. 5 dwg
