Abstract RU 2087624 C1

FIELD: materials handling facilities; scraper with intensifying action bowl providing active digging of soil with subsequent transportation and active accelerated dumping. SUBSTANCE: device has side walls of bowl to which front apron and tail gate are connected. Turning bottom in lower part of bowl is opened by hydraulic cylinders, and augers are placed in front and middle areas of bowl each consisting of two sections, lower and upper, connected by means of universal joints and furnished with drive. Augers pass through front apron and are provided with end pitching jumpers whose cutting members are pleading relative to cleaning knives fastened to side walls resting on rear wheels and connected with traction frame by means of hinge joints and hydraulic cylinders providing lifting and lowering of bowl. When digging, with bowl lowered until pitching jumpers penetrate the soil, soil cut by pitching jumpers gets to augers and is forced by augers through apron into bowl, fills lower part of bowl, passes to upper augers and is distributed by augers over bowl zones. Bowl is emptied by reversing of augers and turning of bottom. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 6 dwg
