FIELD: fluid flow engineering. SUBSTANCE: passageways 3 swirl only the major flow whereas pressure is partially reduced in the additional flow, and the fluid is supplied to space 7 through additional pipe line 8 at the periphery of the eddy of the major flow. Due to pressure increases at the periphery of the eddy of the major flow resulting in centrifugal forces the additional flow is choked. When pressure in pipe line 8 exceeds pressure in the eddy of the major flow the eddy is broken down and fluid is discharged from pipe line 8. As a result the flow rate of the fluid significantly increases. After discharging fluid pressure in additional pipe line 8 drops, fluid eddy of the major flow is again formed in flow chamber 2, and the oscillation repeats.
