FIELD: air-conditioning systems. SUBSTANCE: air-conditioning system includes air conditioner with sprinkling chamber and surface heat exchanger which is connected with source of cold made in form of cooling towers by means of pipe lines, valves and pump and with source of heat made in form of hot water pipe line through shut-off valves and controllable electrically-operated valve; system includes also outside air and recirculated air valves operated by means of electric actuating mechanism, supply fan connected with air- distributing humidifying apparatuses. Moisture control is effected by means of moisture content sensor, moisture content regulator and electromagnetic valve which direct water to air- distributing apparatus. System is provided with logic change-over unit which makes it possible to perform the following operations using one temperature sensor and one three-position regulator: to switch on fans of cooling towers, to switch on actuating mechanism of air valves and actuating mechanism of controllable electric valve depending of selected mode of processing the air in air conditioner; mode is selected automatically, thus making it possible to find optimal mode of air processing.
