FIELD: polymers, medicine. SUBSTANCE: composition has 3.4-9.0 p. p. thermostabilizing agent per 100 p. p. vinyl chloride copolymer. Copolymer is produced by grafting copolymerization of vinyl chloride per ethylene copolymer with 10-32% vinyl acetate and contains 15-55% vinyl chloride and exhibits value index of yield 7.5-17 5.0 g/10 min. Copolymerization is carried out in suspension in the presence of suspension stabilizing agent and initiating agent solution that is synthesized by addition of vinyl chloride to polymerization zone directly by interaction of chloroformate with hydrogen peroxide (1 : 2 mole/mole). Polymeric composition is used for making medicinal articles that exhibit resistance to sterilization. EFFECT: improved method of producing, improved quality. 1 tbl
