FIELD: mining industry; applicable in cementing of casing strings with simultaneous dispersion of cement slurry. SUBSTANCE: device includes body 1 accommodating rotatable hollow shaft 2. Annular hollow 4 is formed between body 1 and shaft 2. Mounted with inclination on shaft 2 are blades 5 to form turbine. Located in annular hollow 4 are pins 6 installed in rows. Rows of pins 6 are alternately connected with external surface of shaft 2 and internal surface of body 1. Length of pins 6 increases by rows downward. Installed in lower part of body is hollow shaft 2, and internal upper part of body 1 has spiral circular groove 7 whose direction of turning is opposite to angle of blade installation. Device is included into assembly of casing string. Cement slurry when pumped, acquires in upper part of body 1 rotational-translational motion. Coarse cement pumps enter annular hollow 4 where they are hit by pins 6, and shaft 2 rotates. Cement lumps are gradually located from top downward due to increase of their length. Opposite direction of spiral annular groove and shaft 2 increases the force of impacts of pins 6 exerted on cement lumps. Crushed cement particles are wetted with slurry, come out of annular hollow 4 and prove to be mixed with main flow. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
