SUBSTANCE: the device uses an electrodes unit, analog-to-digital converter, storage unit, digital-to-analog converter, frame and line pulse shaper, video signal mixer, display unit; the output of the analog-to-digital converter is connected via a data bus to the input of the digital-to-analog converter, the output of the digital-to-analog converter is connected to the first input of the video signal mixer, whose second input is connected to the output of the frame and line pulse shaper, and the output of the video signal mixer is connected to the display unit featuring by the fact that a differential amplifier and a recording and reading generator are supplemented to it; the output of the electrode unit is connected to the output of the differential amplifier, whose output is coupled to the input of the analog-to- digital converter and to the input of the recording and reading generator, whose output is connected to the input of the storage unit.
