SUBSTANCE: device includes radiation source, reflector anchored on object, ring multiscan, amplifier, two comparators, search unit, control unit, commutation unit, analog-to-digital converter, indicator and key. Presence and arrangement of above- mentioned units leads to decrease of error with change of luminous flux of radiation source and with displacement of axis of turn of object.
