FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has metal casing 1, end piece 2 and stylette 3. End piece 2 is fixed on casing 1 by means of threaded joint A. Longitudinal canals 4 and 5 are made in casing 1 and end piece 2, diameter of canal 4 is less than that of canal 5. Casing 1 has cylindrical protrusion 6 on the same side with end piece 2 composed of two parts. One part, that is adjacent to end piece 2, has internal canal which diameter is equal to that of the end piece canal. Another part, that is adjacent to casing 1, has internal canal which diameter is equal to that of the casing canal. Both parts build, when joined together, protrusion 7 for fixing a straw. Thread 8 is produced on the external surface of the protrusion and on the internal surface of end piece 2 facing casing 1. The end piece has two openings 9. The casing has handle 10.
