FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: washing apparatus has tank 1, milk pipeline 3 with milk claw 4, vacuum pipeline 3 with pulsator 6 positioned between vacuum pumps and milk claw 4 and provided with inlet branch pipe 7 and outlet branch pipe 8, washing liquid cutoff device positioned in it for defining constant vacuum chamber and variable vacuum chamber. Washing liquid cutoff device has spring-loaded piston 9. Branch pipes 7 and 8 are periodically communicated and disconnected one from another by piston 9 to provide periodical suction of washing liquid from tank 1. As a result, pulsed motion is transmitted to washing liquid, that flows through milk tracts of milking unit. Washing liquid flow pulsation frequency and volume of liquid sucked during one cycle are adjusted by screw. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 2 dwg
