FIELD: confectionery industry, in particular, formation of candy bodies from viscoelastic candy mass. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has charging hopper and hollow forming roll with cells on its outer side. Ejector mounted in each cell is provided with channel offset in the direction of rotation of forming roll relative to ejector shaft. Ejectors are connected with reciprocating mechanism. Feeler mechanism is fixed within forming roll and knife mounted on lever is attached to outer surface of forming roll. Working surface of knife is extending along circle with radius 0.5-2.0 less than that of forming roll. Baffle is fixed below forming roll in diametrically opposed relation to knife. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 5 dwg
