DEVICE FOR FORMATION OF SHOTCRETE SUPPORT Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: mining; applicable in mine workings for formation of light supports based on shotcrete. SUBSTANCE: the offered device includes shotcreting machine 1 installed on platform 2, manipulators 4 with nozzle system, main line for supply of concrete-air mixture. Each nozzle is secured to bushing which is fitted on bar 5 for axial motion. Installed on bar 5 between bushings are calibrated washers with cutout corresponding to bar thickness. Bushings are locked by locking strip whose length corresponding to bar length to point of its fastening to manipulators. Each nozzle has individual supply of concrete-air mixture.
