SUBSTANCE: the meter has input lines, current converter, temperature compensator, amplifier, multiplier unit made as a synchronous detector controlled by the mains-voltage meter, integrator, bipolar comparator, frequency divider, electromechanical meter, LED indicator. The meter has a low own consumption of power and, complete with a photoelectric reader, provides for pick-up of the signal for checking the meter without complementary check outputs.
