SUBSTANCE: plant includes gas duct with contact heat exchanger mounted inside it and provided with layers of filler and sprinkler, storage tank for condensate with overflow pipe connected to sprinkler forming closed circulating loop, water-to-water heat exchanger whose heating line is connected to closed circulating loop and line being heated is connected to hot-water supply loop. Plant is also provided with device for neutralization of condensate containing crushed solid filler on base carbonates of alkaline-earth elements.
