SUBSTANCE: invention makes it possible to design piezoelectric sensor of vapors of mercury which parameters only slightly depend on ambient temperature. Piezoelectric sensor has quartz plate carrying pair of metal electrodes with sorbing golden surface and film heaters, it is fitted with second pair of metal electrodes with aluminium surface located on quartz plate.
