FIELD: electrical measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: massive plate made of high-conductance material is introduced into induction meter rotating member which has series and parallel magnetic circuits with respective field coils for adjustment of 90 deg. shift between working fluxes of series and parallel circuits. Plate is positioned in space between clamp and central rod of magnetic core of parallel circuit and is fixed to central rod of magnetic core by means of ferromagnetic rod with head. Since electrical resistance of short-circuited turn formed by plate is sufficiently low, eddy currents excited in plate when magnetic flux of phase controller passes through ferromagnetic rod are so high that they limit magnitude of this flux even in the absence of air gap between adjusting screw and head of ferromagnetic rod. Since in the absence of air gap between adjusting screw and head of ferromagnetic rod, magnetic flux of phase controller is shifted through angle close to 90 deg variation of the above-indicated flux in phase control process practically does not tell on value of parallel circuit working flux. To improve temperature stability of phase shift, air gap between adjusting screw and head of ferromagnetic rod is shunted by bushing made of material having negative factor of magnetic permeability. EFFECT: extended range of phase shift control and simplified control process with simultaneous improvement pf phase shift temperature stability. 2 cl, 3 dwg
