FIELD: medical engineering; prosthetics. SUBSTANCE: magnetic sectional negative has two half-negatives. Each half-negative consists of magnetized molding material with working cavity made in it, two pole plates with polarities N and S in working condition positioned horizontally. Similar pole plates of both half-negatives are hinge-connected each other and to core at one of their end faces. Upper plates are provided with holes for passing the anatomic object and feeding the molding material. Inserts made of ferromagnetic material may be arranged in the above-indicated holes. In addition, negative has molding material guard and core with electric coil which couples unlike pole plates at point of their hinge connection. One or several thin separating plates made of nonferromagnetic material may be positioned along surface of negative joint. Hinge connection may be provided with pivot in the form of screw with cylindrical head located at lower end face of core. Base may have opening to pass cylindrical head of screw-pivot. It is provided with one or several supports for anatomic object. Supports are positioned between half-negatives. EFFECT: reduced labour intensity, mass of negative and consumption of material. 5 cl, 1 dwg
