FIELD: welding equipment. SUBSTANCE: this relates to high-temperature devices for electric arc welding with use of melting electrode manually and by automatic welding units. In process of clockwise rotation of nut 8 for advancing it towards body-bush 7 takes place butt-joining of cylinder small body 12 with shoulder 11 and nozzle 9 with central passage 10 which connects passage 13 for delivery of carbon dioxide and for moving-out of electrode wire. In result of wear of nozzle 9, rotation of nut 8 counterclockwise initiates disconnection of worn nozzle 9 and its replacement with new nozzle 9. Then repeated is initial process of connecting bush 7 with nozzle 9 by means of nut 8 which protects body-bush 7 having four holes from penetration of splashes of molten metal. This is simplified design of nozzle 9 which is easier to manufacture. EFFECT: high efficiency. 12 dwg
